Nobu ,Melbourne, Australia

Chef Nobu Matsuhisa

Without a doubt Nobu is one of the best restaurant in the Melbourne. Expensive, stylish , tasty unique and hectic that how I would describe Nobu.

Nobu serve a modern style of Japanese food or same people call it fusion. Nobu fuse the Japanse traditional food with western touch. The sushi is served differently and it tasted different.

I been to Nobu about three or four time (not because I have a lot of money, it just happen I get invitation to go there). After I taste so many Nobu nice dishes, I get bored. In my opinion a restaurant with Nobu caliber they should introduce new menu every few month or they usually give daily special.

The atmosphere in Nobu it always hectic not only because of the diner but also because of their staff that seems always in the rush, gourmet traveler also address this issue.

Despite my and other's critique I believe Nobu is a restaurant to go to. Just to let you know it's pricy and the food serving style is Tapas (small), try to order 3 or 4 dish for one person. bon apetite
